Commitment policy
DOMUSA TEKNIK sets out this document, its framework of action and commitment in relation to SOCIETY as a whole and the STAKEHOLDERS, based on the principles set forth in our MISSION and our CORPORATE VALUES.
Good governance
DOMUSA TEKNIK is committed to following a policy of good governance based on data transparency. The organisation strictly complies with all the legal requirements pertaining to all its areas of business activity
Social setting
Philanthropy and Charity
DOMUSA TEKNIK has established a policy of economic aid and collaboration with 37 organisations in the Medio-Urola geographical region. These are non-profit organisations dedicated to promoting culture, amateur sport, support for persons with disabilities or with limited economic resources.
Corporate Volunteering
The company has taken on board the commitment to help develop and improve the business environment, contributing its management knowledge for the benefit of other organisations that wish to progress in enhancement and innovation.

Profit sharing
Due to its nature as a cooperative, the organisation brings together the interests of its people, member owners and employees alike. All workers share in the company’s profits based on the criteria approved by the General Assembly in accordance with the strictest applicable legal requirements.
Share Capital Remuneration-Financial Balance
The company has a system whereby each year it remunerates each partner for their capital investment. This remuneration system is approved at the Assembly Meetings and each year the applicable amounts are reviewed and approved, within the limitations of prevailing legislation.

Recruitment Policy/Remuneration System
The organisation's MISSION states that one of its purposes is to foster growth in corporate employment, which means a commitment to enabling the persons on its workforce to become owners therein after a time.
Professional Development
Also defined in its MISSION is the goal of fostering the professional development of its members. To meet this principle, the leaders of the organisation set out annual training plans for its collaborators, which are outlined in the annual Management Plan with a schedule of completion. The training plan and its fulfilment are revised throughout the year at the meetings of the Board of Directors.
Occupational Health and Safety
For DOMUSA TEKNIK, the Occupational Health and Safety of its workers is of the utmost importance within its management, which is certified under ISO standard 45001 and audited annually by an external entity.
Environment
Product
For ten years, DOMUSA TEKNIK has been making great efforts to bring an extensive range of products to the market, the fundamental basis of which is the use of renewable energies for operation. The concern with improving product efficiency has also been a key element for the company for more than a decade.
Manufacturing system
The organisation applies ECODESIGN techniques when launching new products to ensure that the environmental impact of the equipment during its life cycle is minimal. DOMUSA TEKNIK has an annual plan for reduction and/or elimination of environmental waste, which is managed by the Head of Production.
External collaboratorss
According to its MISSION statement, the organisation is “always striving for distributor, subscriber and end user satisfaction” in the products it supplies. Faithful to this precept, we use many tools to ascertain the degree of satisfaction and determine and correct any possible causes of dissatisfaction.
